Nature of the Service
Benton County Released Inmates is a private reference that points visitors toward Benton County and Mississippi custody, release, court, and supervision resources. It stores no official records. It cannot confirm custody, release a person, post bond, file a request, or act for a government office.
Some pages connect visitors with outside research tools. Those tools remain separate services governed by their own terms.
